| PRESS RELEASE: May 20, 2006 WIMAM’s General Secretary Condemns the Misrepresentation of the leadership of WIMAM in Mohammed Bility’s Graduation Invitation. The General Secretary of the Wisconsin Mandingo Association of Milwaukee (WIMAM) Mr. Morris M. Kromah has condemned the misrepresentation of our leadership by the graduation invitation of Mohammed F. Bility. Mohammed Bility’s invitation as published on the LIMANY and LIMAP websites stated that the “The Bility Family and the Wisconsin Mandingo Association of Milwaukee under the distinguish leadership of WIMAM President Mr. Abraham Kenneh, cordially invite you to the graduation ceremony of Mr. Mohammed F Bility from MATC Criminal Justice Program”. WIMAM wants to inform the public that the elected president of the Wisconsin Mandingo Association of Milwaukee is his Excellency Mr. Mamadee Konneh and other elected and respected officials of the Association. Mr. Konneh’s administration, which is the legal and only rational authority of the Mandingo people of Milwaukee, was elected into office January 21, 2006. While WIMAM cherish the educational achievements of all her members and non members in the community; the leadership under the administration of the elected and the honorable President Mr. Mamadee Konneh will not allow any failed element (s) of the community to use there graduation invitation and refreshment program to create division, unprofessional and unethical behavior for their selfish interest. WIMAM’s leadership urges Mohammed F. Bility and his so-called followers to stop creating animosity in our community. Mr.Bility’s graduation invitation flyer was purposely used to divide our community. WIMAM also wants Mohammed Bility to use his Diploma for the systematic transmission of knowledge, skills, and cultural values for the people of the community instead of using a non-resident of Milwaukee Abraham Kenneth to misrepresent the WIMAM leadership. WIMAM’s leadership wants to ask all peace loving sister Mandingo Associations in the United States to discourage the publication and encouragement of divisive behaviors on their website from individuals such as Mohammed Bility. WIMAM’s leadership is urging the leadership of the Liberian Mandingo Association of New York (LIMANY) and the leadership of Liberia Mandingo Association of Pennsylvania (LIMAP) to remove the article of Mohammed Bility from LIMANY website and apology for the publication of the article for the sake of creating peace and stability in the Mandingo Community as a whole. WIMAM’s leadership, led by Mr. Mamadee Konneh, will like to inform the public that Mohammed F. Bility is a political victim who resigned his post late August 2006 for personal reason and he refuses to submit the bank account and other essential documents of WIMAM to the incoming administration. Other followers of Bility like the than Treasurer Mahmud J.D. Kromah embezzled $300.00 from WIMAM. Finally, WIMAM’s leadership encourages Mohammed F. Bility and those guys he is manipulating to respect the choice of the people of WIMAM. Mr. Bility also needs to use his classroom criminal justice experience to protect our democracy. While WIMAM is working hard to serve the Milwaukee Mandingo community, Mohammed F. Bility and others who went away from the Association need to join Mr. Mamadee Konneh and Aisha Sheriff administration to build and impart values, beliefs, and knowledge considered vitae to the social reproduction individual personalities and entire cultures of the Mandingo community. Mohammed F. Bility needs to know that the acquiring of the Diploma is one thing and what he does with the education he learned from the Diploma is another. Thank you.
